Description |
TRANSCRIPTION: Eastville, Aug. 10 1841 Having naturally considered the matter, I have decided that five hundred dollars is a fair and sufficient annual rent for the farm and appertenances belonging thereto, owned by the estate of the late Dr. John Ker. If it were proposed to take out a lease of the property, I am willing to reduce the price. John Ker. |
