A bill from L. B. Nottingham & Co. to Ellen S. Floyd. Bill is for materials bought between January to December 1845. Items bought by Floyd included: crape, spool cotton, arithmetic book, candy, copy book - georgraphy, calico, yards of cambric, oranges, cotton and spool cotton, lemons, ribbon, slate pencil, lace, shoes, cinnamon, marking canvas, cashmere, gloves, pins, hook rugs, and a comb. Total was $23.89. Paid by Floyd's guardian, John Kerr, on January 14, 1846. |
