Burton, Clerk; Dr. John W. Kellam, Trustee; Arthur Rodgers, Trustee; F. M. Boggs, Trustee; and Mrs. Burton, Secretary. Meetings were typically to appoint teachers to schools in the district for the school year and for the board to set their salary. |
