Description |
A brief appreciation of Charles Russell presented to him in 1961 by the ESVA Chamber of Commerce. This is followed by a copy of the minutes of the first meeting in 1953 when the organization was founded. Russell was credited as the founder of the organization. The minutes includes a list of those that attended the meeting, Russell's proposal for the Chamber of Commerce, and discussion from those in attendance. Those in attendance included: John T.
