Floyd's request. $150.00 by cash received of Teackle W Jacob by the hands of L.B. Nottingham. $50.00 To acct of Geo. L. Yerby for medical bills on attendance of Mary R. Floyd $18.20 Medical bill on attendance of Mary, Thomas and Ellen Floyd infant and for attendance on the slaves belonging to the heirs of Samuel Floyd, deceased.
