TRANSCRIPTION:: At sixty days after date for value received I John S. Ker promise & oblige myself my heirs Exs. & Adms. to pay to Christopher Satchell Ex of Geo. Dunton decd. the sum of Twenty (four) pounds 3/4/3/4 being that part of the decree by Isaac Dunton's representaitves ag. George Corbin Ex. which belonged to the estate of George Dunton aforesaid which sum carries interests from the date hereof. Witness my hand ____ this the 30th of August 1799.
