Series of maritime photos taken on the Eastern Shore. Man speaking at podium is Lucius Kellam Jr., and the man standing to his left is Milton Hickman. Kellam was the chairman of The Ferry Commission which oversaw the creation of the bridge. The bridge was named after Kellam in 1987. Hickman as the commissioner of the Commission.
