Cuban Pacification Medal. This is the Army version of the military medal, which differs from the Navy and Marine versions. Ribbon colors from left to center: red, white, blue, and dark green. Front reads "Cuban Pacification 1906-1909" and depicts two women standing beside a shield. Back reads "United States Army For Service" and shows an eagle. The medal was awarded to servicemen who served in Cuba during U.S. occupation between 1906 and 1909. |
